We fully stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. If there are any defects or errors on our part, we will replace the item at no charge. However, we typically do not accept returns due to user errors such as incorrect size, design, or color selection.

Refunds

We are dedicated to providing you with the best products and will gladly replace your order for the following reasons:

  • The product is flawed.
  • The print quality is poor.
  • The product you received differs from what was represented on our site.

Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the product you received, including any detailed shots you wish to provide. We will review your claim, and if approved, we will replace the item free of charge. For other inquiries, please email us at the same address. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear after your return is received. Unauthorized returns or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement and will be forfeited.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [email protected]. We will review your claim, and if approved, provide you with a return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

Shipping

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $90, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
